 Where do you ship? Malakai ships to USA, Canada, UK, and EU. Your shipment will be sent via TNT or DHL for expedited shipping.
Where do you ship from?
Malakai ships from our studio based in Bali, Indonesia.
When can I expect my order?
You should expect to receive your order in approximately 3-4 weeks. Please contact us directly if you have a specific event so we can try to accommodate your request.
How can I track my order? As soon as your order is shipped out, we will email your shipping confirmation and tracking number. Sometimes it will take two days for the tracking information to show up
What if there are service delays? Malakai is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, COVID 19, natural disasters, clearance delays, or the like. In situations like those, we would advise you to directly contact the courier company with the provided tracking number to receive updates.
Will I be charged customs duties? Customs duties and taxes may be charged once the package reaches its destination country. Malakai is not responsible for these charges, nor are we aware of what these charges, if applicable, would be for each destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs office to inquire about any materials that may be restricted in your receiving country. Please contact studio@houseofmalakai.com if you have any questions about the materials in our products.
What if my package is returned due to failed delivery? Malakai does not take responsibility for shipping fees related to the return shipment of your order, whether due to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts to reach you, or refusal to pay customs fees . If your order is returned to us and needs to be sent again, you will have to pay the new shipping fees.

What is your return & exchange policy?

Once your order is confirmed, we will not be able to make any refunds. All sales are final. This includes gift card sales. If you have any questions relating to the terms of sale, please email them to studio@houseofmalakai.com before placing an order.

 

If the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within seven days of receipt at studio@houseofmalakai.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
